Bisile Music Review

(3/5) New kids on our block!
Audio Review by Suchitra Preetham
Bisile stands out for its ‘New Gen’ tunes and the credit goes to the music composer duo, Gagan-Hari. The duo has done their every bit to add extra sparkle into the numbers, that includes roping in a convoy of Bollywood turned Sandalwood crooners. While the formula works in two numbers and a remix version; it fails for the remaining five songs and two bits. A bird’s eye view reveals that Bisile has more than the usual quota of numbers (8 songs and 2 bits). It is obvious that Gagan and Hari gel on ideas, but the similarity in different songs makes you wonder if they forgot to compare notes.
Ee Bisileli (Sonu Nigam): Ee Bisileli twirls and winds romantically in the ease of Sonu Nigam’s Sandal-swara. Absolutely melodious, it’s a top score for Gagan and Hari.
Ee Bisileli – Remix: I guess the soft swirl of Ee Bisileli (original) that grows on you, grew on the musical duo as well. Ee Bisileli-remix is just a pitch higher and has a second echoing voice. No complaints though, it’s a number you can hear over and again.
Nannusiru Neene (Kunal Ganjawala, Sunidhi Chauhan): Sounding a little like Ee Bisileli, Kunal Ganjawala and Sunidhi give this song the advantage of voice. A number soaked in romance that rolls out effortlessly as a lovable duet. It’s another scorer for the boys.
Ninninda Nodalende (Hariharan) and Ninninda Kaanadagi (Sandeep Batra): Yet another song duo; both these numbers sound like twins dressed in blue and pink. Lyrics by Pranav; these classical numbers are only different by the voices. The other striking similarity being that they are both boring.
Naa Haadoke (Shaan, Godlove): The ‘new kids’ fuse Snoop Dogg kind of raps into the song. Hearing a ‘Singh is King’ bang in the middle of the song, I am guessing they think we are new to this side of the block.
Ee Bhoomiya Daatuta (Rishikesh Hari, Ramya, Gurupreeth): Hari lends his voice to the bevy of female voices amidst a riot of beats and hey-heys. Ee Bhoomiya Daatuta is a noisy but peppy number.
Kanda Kanasugalu (Chitra KS): Convinced! Like every album, this is the song that is supposed to tear your heart and leave you in tears. Only in this case, Chitra’s not-so-sad voice clogs your ears.
Andakikavala Hesara (Rishikesh Hari) and Idu Kanasa (Sudarshan): Song duo- these bits run little over a minute each and sound a little like each other too.

Very good album…songs truly deserves 4/5
Gagan and Hari has given melodious numbers except for E bhoomiya. Ninnandha by hariharan ji is filled with carnatic ragas and is something new to KFI. Ee bisileli is a usual number. Nannuseeru is very romantic n sweet sounding. Kanda Kanasu takes us to a new world
My ratings for Bisile will be 3.5/5
Over all Music is good, different from present trend. good work by Debut music composers-Gagan and Hari. Ee Bhoomiya Daatuta is peppy. Ninninda Nodalende( Hariharan and Sandeep Batra) are very beautiful with Carnatic background. E Bisile is another number which we can listen.
Thanks for giving some good music by Gagan and Hari, Keep giving these kind of Music to KFI.
