Dayal Announces New Film!

Dayal has learnt his lessons after Circus flopped, making him poorer by at least 1.25 crores. While we think that Circus lacked the “edge-of-the-seat” nature that is so essential for a thriller, Dayal begs to differ in a ‘classy’ way. He thinks that the mass audience didn’t get the film as Circus was a film that was off the tracks.

We agree, but not in a way Dayal would have wanted us to.

Well, the past is past, and Dayal is all set to start his new movie KadduMuchchi very soon. The title is a working one and may change as the shooting progresses. He has ditched both Ganesh and music director Emil in favor of newcomers. Santosh, who played second fiddle in movies such as Rocky and Aramane may play the hero. There are many names doing the rounds for the heroine’s role, which includes Andrita (oops, Aindrita!) Ray and Nidhi Subbayya. Stephen will be the music director for the film.

Well, if Dayal thinks that Circus was too different for the audience to accept and if he wants make amends for his alleged mistakes, one can easily imagine how formula driven his new film will be.
