Ganesh immersed in Remakes!

November 11th, 2009 at 4:20 pm

Ganesh-UllasaUtsaha Ganesh is busy these days; busy remaking successful films from other languages. He is already working overtime to turn the Telugu blockbuster Ullasanga Utsahanga into Ullasa Utsaha in Kannada. As soon as that film is completed, he will be seen in a remake of Tamil super hit Khushi, which stars Priyamani as his lead. The film will be produced by M Chandrasekhar and directed by Mussanje Mahesh.

And even before Kannadigas recover from this Khushi, Ganesh is all set to get himself busier with another remake. Rumors doing the rounds in Gandhingar suggest that Goldie will be seen in a remake of Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge. The film will be produced by H.A.Rahman and heroine, director, and other cast and crew are yet to be decided. The film is tentatively titled Maduve Mane.

Meanwhile, other actors from KFI are in no mood to miss out on all the fun. Prajwal Devaraj and Aditya will soon be seen a remake of Mani Ratnam’s 1988 classic Agni Natchathiram. The film will be directed by Chi. Gurudatt.

With lead actors of KFI such as Ganesh, Puneeth and Sudeep doing non-stop remakes, the fight against other language films is truly and intelligently underway. Now there is no need to watch films from other languages as almost every one of them will be available in our own language with our own actors as remakes!

I knew it. He was given enough chances and with the same old plot and songs, he was a disaster to start with.

Now again a particular family will be blamed for his shortcomings.
