Nagathihalli Chalana Chitrotsava
We checked and we checked it again. Yes, a film festival has been arranged on director Nagathihalli Chandrashekhar’s films in Udupi. The Mahatma Gandhi Memorial College in Udupi is celebrating its 60 years of existence and it has decided to celebrate the event by holding a film festival called Nagathihalli Chalana-Chitrotsava.
While we wonder at the logic behind holding such film festival in a college day function, and selecting Nagathihalli Chandrashekhar’s films for such an occasion, we understand that the decision is left to the concerned college.
By the way, the films that will be shown in the festival are America America, Kotreshi Kanasu, Hoomale and Mathad Mathadu Mallige. The festival will be held on 31 January and 1st February 2009.

atleast he is better than these immature remake and remix directors, be happy about that.. he is the director who introduced kannada movies to international market…he is a visionary director.. people who doesnt know his achievements should stop commenting
Agree with you, he thinks he is smart but not. Better let him do TV serials.
NC tends to lecture a lot, thats y his movies are booooring. He’s like that Tele Serial director, N Seetharam.. He should get into TV rather than movies..
He is just promoting his movies and uses all the sources. He could not give a good movie after America America. Even with Vishnu, he gave a big flop MMM.
paapa Mahatma Gandhi Memorial College students!
