Prajwal’s Happy New Year!

January 2nd, 2010 at 3:15 pm

Prajwal Ah now! Who says everybody backs only the winning horses in the glam-world? Ask Prajwal Devaraj, the man who has given three flops in the year 2009 (Gulama, Kencha and Jeeva). Hold your breath, this talented but luckless KFI wonder will now be seen in a 4-langauge film! Apart from Kannada, the film will be made in Malayalam, Telugu and Tamil.

The film is titled Naanu Neenu Preeti and the cast and the crew are yet to be finalized. It is being produced by T Ramesh Naidu and is directed by Shrinavasa Raju. The music will be by Ilayaraja. The film is expected to go on floors sometimes in March.

The film has about 6 songs and all the songs will be shot abroad. We commend the producer T Ramesh Naidu who is keeping his faith in Prajwal, irrespective of the way his films have performed. Prajwal Devaraj is surely like that phoenix which keeps coming back from the ashes to give it one more try.

Prajwal deserves all the support he is getting!

  6. Krishna on February 12th, 2010 1:22 pm

    @Manasaare

    Yes you are absolutely right.In old stone age folks had caste,native place,family backgrounds and other sentuiments to the core,but now its virtualy impossible to imagine such in highly competitive and demanding world.

    hmmm.. inluding Harish Raj amongst Chethan and Diganth league is carrying the point little too far!

  14. mana on January 3rd, 2010 10:51 pm

    @KFI. I agree but there are better heroes like Chethan, Harish Raj, Diganth (recently), Yash and many others. There were 119 movies last year and so many non sense movies with these type of non sense actors. There is quantity and similar stories but no quality. The so called seasoned actors like Ganesh, Puneet, Darshan who make similar movies, remakes or non sense movies. The remakes are also made in bad taste. some of the originals of these remakes themselves are junk movies. Shivrajkumar is ofcourse a “star”.
    For commenting the above I am called either a “tamilian” or Durabhimani kannadiga”

  15. KFI on January 3rd, 2010 7:47 pm

    @mana,
    Whatever you said is 100% true. Stars’ sons are not necessarily star materials. This is exactly the case with Rajkumar’s sons. Three times the torture to the audience. Only Puneeth is better and is versatile. By the way, Prajwal’s is not that bad when compared to other one hit wonders and “heroes” like Yogesh.

    Talent is above all ,rest are all bullshits.

  17. Arvind Hariharan on January 3rd, 2010 10:57 am

    Well said mana, Totally agree with you on that. HI5!

  18. mana on January 2nd, 2010 10:45 pm

    Abba sadhya ond language movie nalli ee musudi naa adjust madkallodu kashta..I dont agree that he’s talented. Sons of film stars are not necessarily good. There are so many talented kids out there who are better.

  19. KFI on January 2nd, 2010 4:48 pm

    I would like Prajwal to do few thrillers, like “Gaaya” or “April Fool”…

Got something to say?
