Priyamani Prefers Ram, Only After Ravana!

There were many Gandhinagar guys who tried to get Priyamani to act in a Kannada film. It was almost decided that this gal would make her Kannada debut opposite Shivarajkumar. But that didn’t materialize as she went chasing a Manirtnam offer instead, taking up a role in Ravana.

But now Aditya Babu seems to have brought this elusive Seetha to act with Ram. Priyamani will be making her Kannada debut with Puneeth Rajkumar in Ram, to be directed by Madesh. Earlier, Aditya Babu gained a truckload of publicity by stating that Genilia will act with Puneeth. After she mysteriously disappeared from the project without even entering it, it seems that Babugaru has zeroed in on Priyamani.

It makes us wonder why producers are so keen on signing Priyamani for a Kannada film. Honestly, how many of you would go to the theatre just because a certain actress called Priyamani has worked in it?
