July 21st, 2010 at 11:01 pm

RadhikaPandit After years of working with newcomers and offbeat intellectual types with mixed results, Radhika Pandit is finally getting an entry into mainstream commercial cinema. She’s casted in K. Manju’s untitled remake of Hindi comedy movie, No Entry (2005) along with leggy lass Ragini. One more female lead is yet to be finalized. Ravichandran, Ramesh Arvind, and Kitty are playing the male leads. Sharan and Tara, after their impressive performance in Dinesh Babu’s Eradane Maduve, are again coming together in this film. The original film, No Entry had Anil Kapoor, Salman Khan, Fardeen Khan, Lara Dutta, Celina Jaitley, Isha Deol, and Bipasha Basu in the lead.

Udayaprakash, the man who gave K. Manju the film Yogi is going to be the director of this film. Seetharam will handle the cinematography. The film is expected to be launched on 15th August 2010.

I don’t think a smart actress like RP will opt for such a role

there is no point in remaking “No entry” into kannada.recently ‘mujhe shadi karoogi” was remaked in kannada as “swayamvara” and it fopped.original film had hardly any story. like no entry is more galmourous and was very lavishly made film . i dont think it is possible in kannda to be made on such scale.salman khan, anil kappor along with bipasha basu who made this film hit and not the story it was a just a time pass film, these projects usually dont work when made in other language.it will be one more dumb remake.

A request to Radhika to chose good films with good co stars (only Ramesh is fit here) and not to opt remake films..
