Ravichandran back to his favorite zone!
Having a distinctive track record of being the most successful remake director of Kannada Cinema, V. Ravichandran is back to directing another remake. This time, its a Telugu superhit called, Vasantham(2003), starring Venkatesh and Aarti Agarwal. Ironically this itself was remake of a Tamil hit, Priyamana Thozhi(2003), starring Madhavan and Jyothika. But for both the versions, Vikraman had done the direction and S.A. Rajkumar had given the music. But here the super-specialist of remakes, Ravichandran will be handling both the departments.
This film will be produced by Dinesh Gandhi who has a remake-hit, Veera Madakari in his pocket. Apart from direction, and music, Ravichandran extends his services to acting also by playing the lead role. Meera Jasmine and the Shakeela of Tamil film industry, Namitha will play the female lead roles. Knowing Ravimama, one can expect him to take the maximum utilization of Namitha’s hatred for cloths.
Whether you like it or not, box office is responding sweetly to remakes with Veera Madakari, and Savari as living proofs.
