S. Narayan’s New ‘Chitra’!
There are some who learn their lessons from their previous blunders. And then, there is S. Narayan. His son’s disastrous debut in Chaitrada Chandrama notwithstanding, S. Narayan has launched a new film with Pankaj, which is titled Chigurina Chilipili.
With this, a secret superstition of Narayan with the word Cha is slowly getting unraveled (secret, because maybe no one gave a damn.) Many of his previous films started with the word Cha. For example, Cheluvina Chittara, Chaitrada Chandrama, Chellidaru Sampigeya, and now, Cheluvina Chilipili.
Apart from Pankaj, the heroine of this film is a newcomer by name Roopika, who is a Bangalore gal. There will be Ananth Nag and Sumalatha to fill up the shortcomings in acting department. Jagadish Vali is the cameraman and Soundarrajan is the editor.
As usual, direction, music lyrics, dialogues and many other departments will be handled by S. Narayan. Poor Pankaj, he just can’t blame any outsiders if this film fails too!
We hope that’s not the case, though!
