Sanju weds Geetha, Finally!

Strange are the ways of Gandhingar where fortunes change like a swish of a horse’s tail. Two years ago Nagashekhar, the director of Aramane was all set to make his KFI arangetram with a film called Sanju Weds Geetha. He had also announced Vijaya Raghavendra and Asin (of Ghajini fame) in lead roles at that time. But then, his long time friend Ganesh’s Aramane beckoned and Nagashekhar forgot all about Sanju and Geetha’s wedding and got busy with Aramane.

But then, Aramane came crashing down to earth while Asin’s lucky stars worked overtime for her and made her go places in Bollywood. Now, having failed with Aramane, Nagashekhar has once again turned his attention to Sanju Weds Geetha. But this time around, Asin, who is engaged in some on screen work and off screen controversies with leading Bollywood stars, is completely out of reach for Nagashekhar and he has signed up Ramya instead for the role. Vijaya Raghavendra, who wasn’t out of anybody’s reach, has also been replaced with Srinagar Kitty. The movie is finally seeing it’s mahurtha tomorrow(30^th Oct 2009).

The film will be produced by Murali Mohan and Pramod who had earlier burnt their fingers with Haage Summane. The music for the film is by Jessy Gift and Satya Hedge will handle the camera. Other cast includes Rangayana Raghu, Sadhu Kokila, Sharan, Dattanna, Lohitashwa, and Sumitra.
