This Cycle Parks inside the Sagar Theatre!
Kannada film producers are not really known to be very shrewd in their marketing strategies. In fact, many films will have strictly no marketing strategies apart from sticking the posters at wrong places. But the team of Ambari has come up with a unique idea to further popularize its already successful film.
Team Ambari has showcased the cycle that took Yogi and Supritha to Taj Mahal (in the film, of course) in Sagar theatre and the rumor mills suggest that it has proved to be a masterstroke. People are flocking to the theaters to see the magical cycle that took the lovers to their destiny.
After all, the cycle is as important a character as anyone else in the film and it deserves a place in the hall of fame. Also, it will stand there all day, unlike the stars who may ask for “extra something” for doing such a dedicated work!
By the way, Ambari is the first hit of 2009 and the movie has completed 100 days in 12 centers with a handsome profit of 5 crores. Life is beautiful for the 24 year old debutant director A. P Arjun and Yogish is smiling too. His film is a genuine hit among a horde of alleged hits and ‘also-rans’
All the best to Arjun and his team. You guys are right on the money!
